  <Step>Accept the permissions requested. We need these to access your Shopify data.</Step>
  <Step>You'll be redirected to retailQ. Create or sign into your retailQ account.</Step>
  <Step>If you have not set up your account yet, you'll be prompted for your company name, preferred timezone and currency. These are important for your data to be displayed correctly.</Step>
  <Step>Click the button to finalise the installation. We'll automatically start pulling your data in the background.<Note>Depending on the size of your store, the initial data load can take **10 minutes to several hours**. We will notify you when the data is ready.</Note></Step>
</Steps>

### Adding multiple Shopify stores

You can add multiple Shopify stores to retailQ by following the same process. To change store within your Shopify account, use the top-right menu when on the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/retailq) page.

Alternatively, if your Shopify stores are on completely different organizations, without a common account, log into each account and start the same process. As long as you stay logged into the same retailQ account, all of your stores will be available in the same retailQ organization.
